Director, Networking Solutions Product

NVIDIA, a global leader in AI and data center networking, is seeking an experienced Value Product Manager to lead the DPU and SuperNIC value solutions team. As the Value Product Lead, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to define innovative use cases that improve the value of our SuperNIC and DPU solutions within NVIDIA’s extended solution portfolio. Your focus will be on identifying and driving high-impact opportunities that align with our strategic goals. Successful candidates will have a deep understanding of cloud computing, networking, and data center technologies, coupled with a strong background in product management. You will conduct research across a broad spectrum of technologies and applications, including AI clouds, Telco Cloud & RAN, Storage, cloud gaming, M&E, autonomous vehicles, and more. We are looking for a natural leader and team player with a consistent track record of driving complex, ground-up solutions to market. Your ability to define ground breaking software and hardware products that resonate with industry demands will be key to your success in this role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Customer & Technology Value Identification: Collaborate with technology specialists, R&D teams, architects, and other product leads to pinpoint key value drivers in the most critical workloads.
• Value Development and Evaluation: Lead the evaluation process and facilitate early concept testing to ensure alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.
• Full Solution Definition: Ensure that all essential components are in place for customers to deploy comprehensive solutions and realize the anticipated value.
• Prioritization: Work closely with NVIDIA product leads to integrate identified value drivers into a prioritized Plan of Record, balancing market demands with company objectives.
  
  

What We Need To See

• B.Sc./M.Sc/ PhD or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering
• 15+ overall years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of managerial experience, and 7 years in product related roles
• Deep customer insights and business perspective on networking products, cloud providers and enterprises, platform integrators and network equipment vendors
• Experience working with Enterprise and top 5 Cloud Service Providers rolling out product releases and deployment.
• Strong analytical, product and project management skills
• Outstanding communication skills, both inbound and outbound
  
  

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

• Deep technical knowledge in embedded platforms, hardware, infrastructure to application level
• Experience with large-scale customers and deployments involving networking and cloud infrastructure.
• Background with NVIDIA products and embedded platforms
• Prior experience leading embedded systems development and cloud solutions - leading XFT team and own/complete E2E product, etc. a plus
• Product Management in a large global organization, an advantage
