Key responsibilities:

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting for the company’s real estate portfolio.
• Collaborate with property managers and department heads to gather and validate assumptions.
• Monitor budget adherence and explain variances to management.

Performance Analysis:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to global property operations, leasing activity, capital expenditures, and financial returns.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve property performance and profitability.
• Prepare monthly budget control reports for properties under development.

Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI reports for senior management and investors.
• Present findings and insights to the executive team, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure all reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with business goals.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with asset management, leasing, development, operation, finance and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, including valuation techniques, investment metrics, and capital markets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• High skills in the preparation of management presentations.
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., SBO, Netsuite, Zero, Charisma) and property management systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
