Sales Engineer

AY - a leading provider of automation and engineering solutions for the Israeli industry, is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic Compressed air & vacuum solutions department!

As part of our team, you’ll be key in delivering advanced solutions for compressed air systems. 

We are also the exclusive importer of Atlas Copco compressors, a global leader in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell advanced equipment and engineering solutions to leading industries (food, medical, pharma, defense, high-tech, etc.).

Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing.

Lead negotiations, manage key accounts, and meet sales targets.

Requirements:

-Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics, or similar.

-Proven experience in face-to-face sales of engineering solutions or equipment.

-Strong negotiation skills and a track record of meeting sales goals.

-High-level English (spoken and written) – must.

-Assertiveness, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication abilities.

-Ability to work under pressure, think creatively, and provide outstanding customer service.
