Financial Planning Analyst

Financial Planning & Analysis - Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning

- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management

- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable

recommendations

Budgeting & Forecasting - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts

- Collaborate with department heads to gather input and ensure accuracy in financial

projections

- Track performance against budgets/forecasts and provide variance analysis

Reporting - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including dashboards and

presentations for senior leadership

- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed

Business Partnering - Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and align financial

strategies with business objectives

1. - Act as a financial advisor to various departments, offering insights to guide strategic decisions.

Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and systems

- Streamline reporting and forecasting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Job Requirements

1. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2. - 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role
3. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
4. - Experience with SAP is a plus
5. - ⁠Experience in a global manufacturing company is an advantage
6. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. - Excellent communication and presentation skills
8. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
9. - High attention to detail and accuracy
10. - Fluent in English
