Angular and .NET Development Team Lead

Job Description:

• Lead a development team using AGILE methodology with .NET and Angular technologies.
• Provide managerial and technical leadership and mentoring, setting measurable goals for team members.
• Ensure the stability and availability of applications, including ongoing maintenance and incident management.
• Drive technological advancement within the development team and enhance technological tools, focusing on continuous improvement, automation, and innovation.
• Manage the testing team in a matrix structure as part of the delivery processes.
• Collaborate with various departments, including architecture, information security, infrastructure, project management, and product units.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Engage in hands-on development for 50% of the role.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in development using a variety of technologies: Angular, .NET, C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, MS SQL – Required.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Digital Development Team Lead managing a team of 5 or more employees – Required.
• Experience in designing complex digital solutions that integrate multiple systems and technologies, with a focus on performance and scalability – Required.
• Deep knowledge and experience with various databases (SQL / No SQL) – Required.
• Experience in managing development using AGILE methodology – Required.
• Previous experience in large organizations – Required.
• Experience with cloud infrastructures, including secure cloud development processes (Azure, AWS) – Highly Advantageous.
• Extensive and proven knowledge in digital systems and Microservices infrastructures – Advantageous.
• Proven knowledge and experience with CI/CD tools and processes – Advantageous.
• Significant development experience in Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js – Advantageous.
• Previous experience in financial organizations (banks, insurance companies, credit card companies) – Advantageous.
