Key Job Responsibilities:

• Translate business questions into data-driven insights using BI tools
• Build & maintain efficient, scalable data solutions from different sources (ETLs, queries, dashboards, alerts) that accurately address the business questions and improve data-driven decisions
• Develop a monitoring dashboard to track and measure the effectiveness and quality of our solutions based on business metrics and KPIs
• Demonstrate curiosity about business challenges and possess the ability to reason with data
• Leverage your product and business knowledge to identify trends, uncover data relationships, and prioritize further analysis
• Ensuring high code quality through all data acquisition, processing, and deployment stages
• Collaborate with different teams across R&D, product, L3 support, and business teams to identify gaps and deliver quality solutions

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of analyzing and interpreting data, primarily focusing on time-series / sensor data Proficiency in working with SQL on structured and unstructured data
• Proven experience in leading data-driven projects from concept to deployment
• Experience with building ETL pipelines such as AWS Glue or Knime
• Experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau or similar tools
• Experience with Monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana or similar tools
• Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a similar role, with a strong track record of developing BI & monitoring solutions
• Experience with AWS solutions such as Glue, Athena, Snowflake, DynamoDB, and S3 or their equivalent technologies in GCP - Advantage.
• Ability to operate independently and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written), with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Bachelor’s degree on science or equivalent quantitative field
