What you’ll do:

• Responsible for the front desk including welcoming visitors, vendors, and candidates
• The focal point for an initial response for all employees
• Communication with the building management regarding the gym, events, maintenance, and parking
• Assisting with new employees' onboarding
• Responsible for all parking arrangements (employees and guests)
• Coordinate event schedules and conference rooms in the office as needed
• Preparation of conference rooms according to scheduled meetings
• Handling international and domestic deliveries

• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
