Role Description

Overall responsibility for managing the company's IT infrastructure – On-prem Servers, LAN/WAN networking.

Cloud assets (VM servers, backups, security systems) administration.

Server rooms and On-Prem communication, Routers, Switches, Printers, UPS Systems

End-users of all types, variety of Computers, Workstations, and equipment.

Internal Service call system, Documentation, working with procedures and forms

Performing routine tasks, including technical support for hardware and software for all users in the organization, Hands-on level.

Managing and continuously monitoring the company's information security systems in cooperation with external Services and Alerts.

Coordination and collaboration with various stakeholders within and outside the organization (including service providers).

General support for the company's growth and changes in needs and requirements.

Job Requirements:

At least 3 years of proven experience and high professionalism in the following areas:

Work experience in a development environment.

Proficiency and understanding of networks, architecture, setup, and ongoing maintenance.

Proficiency in Windows Server 20XX operating systems (including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and tuning).

In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, including architecture and configuration of services (DHCP, DNS, GPO), policy definition, and implementation.

Setting up and supporting the organization's office365 environment.

Extensive experience and familiarity with information security products and their management.

Certifications - MCSA, MCSE, CCNA (at minimum).

Proven experience and professionalism in the following areas is an advantage

Virtualization environment (Hyper-V)

LINUX server and workstation environment.

Cloud-based backup systems.
