Intelligence Team Lead

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber Intelligence company that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel-Aviv.

As part of the role, you’ll be leading a team of intelligence analysts that are in charge with collecting, researching, and analyzing intelligence and providing key stakeholders in the company with relevant and actionable insights in multiple areas, such as business, technology, market research, and competitive intelligence. You will be in charge of presenting your team’s findings and recommendations to different stakeholders in the company, including C-level management.

Join our group as an Intelligence Team Lead and play a pivotal role in providing the company’s stakeholders with relevant and actionable intelligence. We’re looking for a skilled leader to oversee intelligence collection and researches, and manage and develop a team of intelligence analysts.

Responsibility

• Lead, grow, mentor, and manage a team of talented intelligence analysts.
• Manage the the team’s ongoing operations, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
• Work closely with the company’s Management, Product, Operations, Sales, Pre-Sale, and the R&D teams to define research projects and to ensure effective collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
• Review and approve intelligence collection workplans, reports and other deliverables of the team.
• Develop the team’s skills, work methodologies and capabilities.

Requirement

• 2+ years experience in managing a team of intelligence analysts.
• 4+ years experience with hands-on intelligence collection and analysis, with focus on OSINT/WEBINT based research.
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Background in the fields of intelligence and/or cyber.
• Experience from the intelligence community – an advantage.
• Experience in presenting to C-level management – an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree – an advantage.
