About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Streaming Engineer to join our team.

You will be responsible for implementing an in-house game streaming platform.

This role requires expertise in C++, WebRTC, and a deep understanding of infrastructure, deployment, and scaling strategies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing streaming services to ensure low-latency, high-quality streaming experiences.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain streaming platforms with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Integrate our SDK implemented in the game to the streaming service
• Optimize the utilization of server resources, focusing on cost-effectiveness while maintaining service quality.
• Monitor and respond to streaming system performance, scaling infrastructure to handle traffic spikes in real-time.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on streaming technologies.
• Experience with real-time communication protocols (e.g., WebRTC, Janus).
• Proficiency in C++ and other programming languages
• Strong experience with cloud providers such as AWS or GCP for server deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
• Experience with video/audio codec standards (e.g., H.264, VP8, Opus) and media processing tools.

Preferred requirements:

• Understanding of serverless architectures and microservices.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code, containerization, and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
