Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing of goods and services for the organization, ensuring that all procurement activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency
• Source, negotiate, and contract with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best terms and prices for goods and services
• Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships
• Review and analyze purchasing trends and make recommendations for process improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to identify procurement needs and develop procurement plans
• Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, including resolving any issues that may arise
• Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in procurement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
• Certification in procurement (e.g. CSCP, CPSM) is a plus
• Fluent English
