Role Description

We are looking for a part-time Webmaster WordPress - Automation professional for a hybrid role. You will be responsible for maintaining multiple WordPress websites and developing/managing automation workflows using Make.com.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain multiple WordPress websites
• Build and maintain automation workflows using Make.com
• Integrate and manipulate data via webhooks and JSON
• Develop custom API connections and transfer data using HTTP modules
• Create efficient automation schedules that align with server capacity
• Write Regex patterns for advanced text processing
• Handle error paths and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with WordPress, including expertise in the WordPress environment and best practices
• Proficiency in Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and Custom Post Types (CPT)
• At least 2 years of experience working with Make.com automation tools
• Experience with webhooks, JSON data manipulation, and custom API connections
• Strong knowledge of scheduling automation workflows based on server resources
• Experience with Regex pattern creation and troubleshooting
• Ability to handle error management in automation flows
• A proactive, continuous self-learner
• Proven portfolio or recommendations from previous employers
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PHP
• Familiarity with plugins such as TranslatePress, WP Fusion, Gravity Forms, and WooCommerce
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with CRM is an advantage
