Retention Specialist

MEDIA CRUSH is a dynamic and well established global company dealing with clients around the world.

We're looking for an English speaking Preservation and Risk Manager:

HOW IS YOUR DAY GOING TO LOOK LIKE:

- Overseeing the preservation and retention of clients

-Supervising the team of representatives

-Managing risk in relation to processors

-Handling and approving refunds

-Analyzing data to produce solutions and improve client flows

- Managing the clients and databases

- Responsible for cultivating satisfied customers.

-Communicate with partner organizations to ensure services are provided to the clients

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

-Prior experience in client retention.

-Management expirence

- Interpersonal skills

-Analytical skills

- Understanding of payment processors and risk

-Experience with  CRM system

-Ability to work on different platfroms simutaniously

-Ability to communicate with clients

-High level of English
