Systems Analyst or Software Architect

Amital Data, a leading software company in the field of international-shipping, developing advanced SaaS systems in the cloud, is looking for a software architect or experienced systems analyst with a high ability in characterizing complex systems and writing high-level specification documents.

Job Description:

• Full responsibility for characterizing business and technical requirements for the company's systems

• Analysis of existing business processes, identifying gaps and defining system solutions

• Writing and leading technological SPEC and characterization documents of various types:

o Business characterization (BRD) - translating business needs into clear system requirements

o Functional characterization (FRD) - detailing screens, processes, user flows and building user guides, system rules and business rules

o Technical characterization (TDD) - describing the system structure, technological highlights, data structures, services, background processes

o Characterization of interfaces (API / Integration Specs) - protocols, payload structure, mandatory fields, etc.

o Responsibility for characterizing UI / UX user interfaces

• Continuous work with product managers, development and QA teams

• Document version management, writing Change Requests

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or a relevant technological degree Other.

• At least 3 years of experience in analyzing complex systems and writing software specifications and architectures.

• Ability to clearly and accurately draft technical specification documents in Hebrew and English at a high level

• Familiarity with Microservices and Serverless architecture – a significant advantage

• Proven experience in characterizing SaaS systems and data flow of distributed systems in the cloud, (experience with AZURE – an advantage)

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Containers (Docker), Event-Driven Architectures - an advantage

• Experience with ERP systems and logistics processes – an advantage

• Knowledge and experience with systems that use relational data structures - an advantage
