Web Development Team Lead

Matrix is looking for a highly experienced and versatile Senior Team Lead with a broad perspective and deep understanding of architecture and infrastructure for our Web Development team.

Job Description:

• Direct report to the Application Infrastructure Department Manager.
• Manage the Web frontend infrastructure development team, with both professional and managerial responsibility for team members.
• Collaborate with various teams (Application Development, UX/UI Design, QA, System, Architecture, DB, etc.).
• Full responsibility for product quality and stability.
• Build the team, manage its knowledge base, and establish development infrastructures.
• Develop application infrastructures using Angular and Web technologies, with future plans to incorporate React.
• Write and wrap frameworks and infrastructures, expand application capabilities, develop using various SDKs, and implement third-party products.
• Oversee work processes, including reading specification documents in Hebrew and participating in DR meetings.
• Resolve production issues, maintain channel applications, monitor and take responsibility for the product end-to-end.
• Guide and support Web frontend development teams and other development teams using the infrastructures created by your team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in application development using Web technologies.
• At least 2 years of experience in Web infrastructure development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a team lead.
• In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, NX, React, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and experience developing on cloud infrastructures.
• Knowledge and understanding of information security and secure coding practices.
• Experience in responsive web design and/or hybrid application development.
• Must be hands-on; the role requires taking on some tasks and performing code reviews.
