Climate-Crop, an ag-tech company focused on boosting plant yield and resilience, is seeking a highly motivated research assistant with expertise in plant tissue culture to join our team.

Responsibilities:

·      Perform plant tissue culture and molecular biology work.

·      Support the company's lab work (media / buffers preparation, plant line maintenance). 

·      Record and analyze data.

·      Collaborate closely with the research team to accomplish project goals.

Requirements:

·      PhD/MSc in plant sciences or a related discipline.

·      Expertise in plant tissue culture methodologies.

·      Highly experienced with the CRISPR system, including gRNA design, vector construction, and transformation, in various plant species.

·      In-depth understanding of molecular biology principles and techniques.

·      Competence in conducting experiments and performing data analysis.

·      Strong skills in communication and organization.
