Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales And Marketing Director at Terra Real Estate & Development LTD in Jerusalem. The Sales And Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing teams, developing strategies, managing campaigns, and contributing to the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles of 5 years or more - mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Experience in real estate or property development industry is a plus
• Excellent project management skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field - an advantage
• English at a high level - an advantage
