The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Business Officer (CBO) to lead our business strategy, drive market expansion, and ensure consistent growth. You will work closely with the CEO and executive team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of ITC as we expand our presence across international markets. We’re looking for someone who can bring a structured methodology and a results-driven approach to business operations and growth strategies.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Business Strategy: Shape and implement our growth strategy, driving revenue, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive Sales & Business Development: Lead and scale our sales and business development teams to penetrate new markets and reach revenue goals.
• Expand Market Reach: Identify opportunities and create go-to-market strategies for our core products—VisionFlow, VisionInsight, and VisionTwin—in new geographies, including the U.S. and Europe.
• Develop Methodology & Structure: Establish and implement a structured approach to business operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring sustainable growth and clear processes.
• Build Key Relationships: Develop strong relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders to support long-term growth.
• Optimize Revenue Growth: Ensure that our revenue strategy aligns with business goals through pricing, process improvements, and innovative business models.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and R&D teams to ensure alignment and deliver products that meet market needs.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership roles in business development, sales, or revenue operations. Startup experience is a big plus!
• Market Expertise: Strong understanding of traffic management, infrastructure, or technology industries, particularly in the U.S. and Europe.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, develop partnerships, and execute complex business strategies.
• Methodology & Structure: Experience in developing and applying structured methodologies and frameworks that drive efficient, scalable growth and business success.
• Strategic Vision: A track record of driving market expansion, revenue growth, and opening new business channels.
• Excellent Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-Driven: A passion for meeting and exceeding business goals.
