About the Role:

At ROOMS, we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to lead the company's visual appearance. The role includes responsibility for designing a variety of marketing materials and internal communication, website visuals, working with social media managers, and designing promotional materials inside our workspaces.

Responsibilities:

• Website visuals: Designing banners and enhancing the overall look of the site.
• Instagram aesthetics: Ensuring the Instagram page visually reflects ROOMS' unique experience.
• Marketing materials: Designing presentations for the sales department, marketing postcards, in-space promotional materials (e.g., standees, screens, roll-ups, newsletters).
• Photography of spaces: Capturing images of our co-working spaces for future marketing use.
• Supplier relations: Managing relationships with external suppliers, guiding them according to the company's design guidelines, and ensuring quality.
• General support: Providing design support for all company departments.
• Collaboration: Working under the marketing manager and collaborating with various teams within the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
• One year of experience in graphic design, with a marketing-oriented mindset – an advantage.
• Deep understanding of design language and branding.
• Excellent photography skills.
• High creativity and the ability to work with different teams.
• Passion for the profession, with a desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different departments in the organization.
