Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The field of costing and analysis is at the heart of the company's economic performance analysis. The responsibilities of this area are among the most diverse and fascinating within the realms of finance and economics, with the team's outputs being a central component in the company's decision-making processes. Consequently, the role includes daily interaction with all units across the company (marketing, R&D, projects, sales, supply chain, operations, etc.), including collaboration with senior managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting and consolidating the pricing of the company’s products

Setting inventory prices and transfer prices

Conducting profitability analyses across various dimensions (customers and products) and providing recommendations to company management for performance improvement

Conducting feasibility analyses for capital investments (CAPEX) and business ventures (M&A)

Performing feasibility studies for product launches

Conducting analyses and building financial models across different areas of the business in accordance with management requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

At least 2 years of experience as an economist in the areas mentioned above.

Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and creating presentations in PowerPoint.

Strong analytical skills.

Experience working with BI and ERP (SAP) systems.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to drive collaboration, including working with senior-level executives.
