We are looking for a NOC Engineer to join our Technical Operation team. The position requires troubleshooting production monitoring alerts and managing production infrastructure.

In This Position You Will

• Monitor production infrastructure and perform ongoing support and maintenance
• Have overall responsibility for solving Tier-1 Cases under defined SLA's
• Work closely with the company’s Technical account managers and Sales teams
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of similar position
• Experience with Linux
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of networks
• Great interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work both individually and within a team
• Fluent English - must have excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts and weekends)
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with Apache, Tomcat, or Java
• Experience with GCP, OCI,AWS
• Experience with SQL, BQ
• Experience with MongoDB
