About the position:

We are seeking a Cloud & FaaS Team Lead to manage the development, optimization, and integration of AI/ML Ops workflows in our Function-as-a-Service (FaaS) system. You will lead a team responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling cloud functions and AI/ML models, ensuring high performance, automation, and cost-efficiency.

The role involves implementing autoscaling policies, managing event-driven services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML experts, in a fast-paced, agile environment. Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, FaaS, and AI/ML Ops is required, along with leadership experience.

Required Technical skills:

• Strong debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Adherence to coding standards and attention to efficiency

• 5+ years of experience developing node.js services

• 4+ years of working with Kubernetes, Keda, EFK

• 4+ years of experience working with a javascript framework (React/Vue/Angular)

• 3+ years of working with Kafka/RabbitMQ

• 3+ years of working with NoSQL/SQL DBs

• 3+ years of experience with Python development

Advantage:

• Working in BigData production environment

• Experience working with Typescript, Vue.js, Python

• Experience with TDD

• Experience using MongoDB, ElasticSearch

• Experience with Function-as-a-Service environment

• Experience with AI/ML operations & development
