Position overview:

As an assistant controller your mission is to support its business and will demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp the business, financial, and accounting concepts, exercise judgment, and provide on-time accurate financial and managerial reports.

You will be assisting with the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, as well as submitting statutory reports based on the regions’ requirements, will be a strong resource for the global Finance Team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages in accordance with US GAAP and other corporate requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Professional guidance to the bookkeeping team
• Work with external auditors and advisors on the preparation of the statutory financial statements
• Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies
• Ensure compliance with tax regulation, including preparation and filing of VAT returns, tax reports, and other local reports
• Handle multinational tax compliance and reporting
• Supporting SOX and internal control
• Assisting with implementing policies
• Work in coordination with cross-company functions
• Ad-hoc projects as needed
  
  

• Big 4 CPA internship graduate
• Knowledge and experience in US-GAAP
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented
• Excellent English
• Strong systems orientation. NetSuite experience – an advantage
• Hands-on, problem solver, reliable, dedicated and Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking and prioritizing.
