Location: This position requires you to work from our office in Netanya , ISRAEL.

Compensation: Base Salary + KPI Bonuses

Role Overview 

The Salesperson at WRAI will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their immigration needs, and offering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people achieve their relocation goals. A key part of this role is to generate significant revenue for the company by consistently closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The salesperson will be expected to actively contribute to the financial success of the organization through a results-driven approach.

Working Hours

• Full-Time Shifts: This position requires working full-time shifts of 9 hours.
• *The working days are from Sunday to Thursday. Without Friday and Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Transform inquiries into valuable opportunities, Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive company sales.
• Negotiations: Conduct effective negotiations to close deals efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to legal requirements.
• Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions for citizenship and residency needs. Handle high-level sales negotiations and conflict resolution.
• Lead Generation: Target new business opportunities to expand our client base in the citizenship by investment sector.
• Event Participation: Represent WRAI at industry events to generate leads.
• Reporting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for strategic planning.
• Training: Mentor and train associates (upon request) to achieve their goals.

Skills And Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales.
• *Significant experience in immigration consulting services is an advantageous requirement.
• Native or bi-lingual proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to different time zones and schedules.
