Organizational Strategy Consultant

As an Organizational Strategy Consultant, you'll work with leading businesses and government offices, developing and implementing organizational strategies. You'll analyze organizational systems, lead complex changes, and drive significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess organizations: Analyze structure, processes, and management routines

- Formulate solutions: Provide recommendations for organizational challenges

- Lead complex processes: Support significant changes and reforms

- Collaborate with executives: Work directly with senior managers

Requirements:

🔵 Bachelor's degree from a leading academic institution in relevant fields – Must

⚪ Master's degree (Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology) – Advantage

🔵 Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, creativity, excellent interpersonal skills

⚪ Ability to lead and present to audiences, teamwork skills

🔵 Previous consulting experience – Advantage

⚪ Fluent Hebrew with strong writing skills, high level of English proficiency
