Dynamics CRM Systems Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics CRM Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics CRM, specifically versions 365 (9.0) and 2011, and a proven track record of successful implementations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation, customization, and configuration of Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Perform upgrades from Dynamics CRM 2011 to 365 and manage data migration processes.
• Oversee version control of solutions, ensuring seamless transitions between environments and promptly resolving any issues.
• Analyze business requirements and design effective CRM solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for CRM systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM, including versions 365 (9.0) and 2011.
• Proven ability to successfully upgrade Dynamics CRM environments to 365 and migrate data.
• Strong understanding of CRM system architecture, configuration, and customization.
• Experience with version control, release management, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
