Application & Information Systems Project Manager

A large and successful company is seeking an experienced Application & Information Systems Project Manager, to lead a variety of software development projects E2E, working closely with the VP of Digital and Information Systems.

Job Responsibilities:

- Overseeing and monitoring a variety of application & Information Systems projects within the company's subsidiaries.

- Writing specification documents, including creating process flow diagrams (using VISIO).

- Assisting business partners in defining their needs and requirements.

- Providing ongoing support for projects across all aspects (development, infrastructure, information security).

- Managing and establishing system documentation for all projects (infrastructure, information security, etc.).

- Managing development and routine tasks, tracking and monitoring progress, and reporting to internal stakeholders.

- Participating in and presenting at management meetings.

- Working with internal customers, development teams, and external vendors.

This is a full time, on-site position.

The company's offices are in Or-Yehuda.

Requirements

:- 3+ years of experience in managing Application & Information Systems projects from initiation to implementation

.- High technical skills, experience in managing application projects, including infrastructure and information security

.- Ability to write technical specification/requirement documents

.- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail

.- Ability to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously

.- Ability to learn and work independently, high service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and teamwork

.- Assertiveness, independence, strong written and verbal communication skills

.- Bachelor's degree in management or industrial engineering with a specialization in information systems is an advantage
