Director of Publisher Partnerships

Vidazoo is seeking a Director of Publisher Partnerships to join our team.

We're an all-in-one yield management platform for video. Our mission is to lead and inspire the advertising industry by building the cleverest technology. We are a group of tech nerds and business experts who created one of the most powerful video streaming and serving platforms.

We specialize in developing high-end products for publishers, focusing on Monetization across Desktop, Mobile Web, Mobile App, and Connected TV.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key publishers, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring they fully utilize our ad-tech solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with publishers to enhance their revenue.
• Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize revenue outcomes.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and drive innovation based on publisher feedback.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively address challenges and position our solutions effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Customer Success / Account Management leadership role within a SaaS B2B environment.
• Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal- Must!
• At least five years of experience in team management of 6-7 team members or more.
• Deep knowledge of the marketing field and/or previous experience working in the Martech or Ad-Tech industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong background in managing customer renewals, upsell opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and improve processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any other field related to it.
• Strong background in planning, executing, and scaling customer pilots.
