🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Product Reliability: Collaborate on assessing risks related to design and production issues, calculating probabilities of failure, and contributing to test plan definition.
• Development Process Leadership: Provide expert guidance in system and product development processes, prioritizing reliability and materials.
• Controlled Experiments and Analysis: Plan and execute controlled experiments, conducting statistical analyses and interpreting results.
• Reporting and Presentations: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders on reliability matters.
• Reliability Forecasts and Analyses: Conduct forecasts and analyses to identify areas for improvement in reliability.
• Real-Life Customer Tests: Organize and conduct real-life tests with customers to validate product reliability.
• Failure Analysis: Investigate failures to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (quality, mechanical, materials, polymers), or a related field.
• Experience in product reliability.
• Proficiency in writing laboratory reports and procedures.
• Previous experience in a testing laboratory.
• Strong English skills (reading, writing, speaking) - mandatory.
• Experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry - Advantageous.
• Familiarity with reliable software - Advantageous.
