FP&A Manager

Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the financial future of a dynamic company? We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on FP&A Manager to join our Finance team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of our strategic decision-making, driving the development of cutting-edge FP&A processes that empower our leadership with the insights they need to steer the company to new heights.

What You’ll Do:

• Spearhead Financial Strategy: Lead the charge in crafting and executing our company’s budget and forecast processes, ensuring we’re always one step ahead.
• Deliver Impactful Insights: Provide top-tier financial forecasting and performance analysis that doesn’t just inform—but transforms—our strategic direction.
• Monitor Key Metrics: Keep a daily pulse on our financial and operational KPIs, ensuring that our goals align with our company’s ambitious vision.
• Be a Strategic Partner: Work side-by-side with senior management, acting as the trusted finance business partner who helps shape and drive our company’s success.
• Analyze, Model, and Innovate: Dive deep into financial data, create powerful models, and uncover trends that will shape our future. Your work will be instrumental in identifying and seizing new opportunities.
• Drive Strategic Initiatives: Play a leading role in crafting new strategic projects across the organization, collaborating with various departments to turn great ideas into reality.
  
  

What You Bring:

• Educational Background: A B.A./B.Sc. in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven Experience: 7+ years of FP&A or Economist experience, with a strong track record of building and refining FP&A processes.
• Data Mastery: Exceptional skills in managing and analyzing large data sets, with a sharp analytical mind that thrives on problem-solving.
• Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with BI tools like Tableau is a plus.
• SaaS Industry Insight: Experience in the SaaS industry is a significant advantage.
• Communication Excellence: Fluent in English, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to a diverse audience.
