Job Title: Payroll Implementation Support - Junior Business Analyst (Israel)

Location: Israel (On-site visits required as requested by the customer)

Contract Duration: 6 months

Start Date: Immediate

Language Requirement: *C1 level proficiency in Hebrew is mandatory.

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst based in Israel to support the implementation of a new Payroll and Time & Attendance (T&A) system. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful deployment of the Time & Attendance project and providing go-live support to the Israel payroll team.

• Gain a deep understanding of the Time & Attendance (T&A) solution being implemented by our vendor partner.
• Document T&A test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute system testing based on test scenarios and provide feedback to the technical team.
• Share testing results with the Israel payroll managers for review and approval.
• Collaborate with the Israel payroll team to provide go-live support in early 2025.
• Ensure all processes align with local time and attendance regulations in Israel.

• Must be based in Israel and available for office visits as needed.
• Strong understanding of Time & Attendance rules in Israel.
• Experience in documenting test cases and scenarios, and executing tests.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and provide detailed feedback.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew (C1 level) and fluency in English.
• Familiarity with payroll systems is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
