Key Responsibilities:

• Source, attract, and recruit top engineering talent across Israel & EMEA
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for technical roles
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process for engineers and engineering leaders
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and evaluate candidates
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
• Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding processes

Requirements:

• Experience in the software, networking, data storage, AI, or HPC industries
• Proven experience in technical recruitment, specifically for engineering roles in Israel & EMEA
• Strong track record of recruiting both individual contributors and leadership positions
• In-depth understanding of the Israeli & EMEA job market and regional hiring practices
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and articulate complex technical requirements
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Professional recruiting certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM)
