Are you a seasoned Python Tech Lead with a passion for building cutting-edge solutions from the ground up? We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team and spearhead the development of a flagship data management product, focusing on GenAI/LLM and unstructured information retrieval. 

🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Lead the design and architecture of a groundbreaking product, using Python and modern microservices.

• Collaborate with the CTO and stakeholders to define requirements and project roadmaps.

• Champion DevOps best practices for scalable, reliable software delivery.

• Guide a team of developers and drive end-to-end development from concept to deployment.

🔹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Strong experience with Python, microservices, and database management (MongoDB, SQL).

• Familiarity with GenAI and AI model training is a plus.

• Proven leadership in complex projects, with excellent documentation skills.
