Our suite of blockchain analysis products enables users to monitor and trace the flow of cryptocurrency funds, attributing data to enhance the capabilities of security agencies, law enforcement, and digital forensics incident response teams in identifying and profiling threat actors across the blockchain.

Opportunity Description

As a CTO, you will be the driving force behind our technology, responsible for both strategic leadership and hands-on development. In this role, you will shape our technical vision and architecture, build and scale our R&D function, and play a pivotal role in developing our core product. As we grow, you will be responsible for ensuring our technology evolves to meet business needs, while maintaining a secure, scalable, and innovative infrastructure.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of the company’s core technology, including backend infrastructure, databases, servers, and APIs.

- Own the overall technical architecture, ensuring system scalability, performance, and reliability as the business grows.

- Establish strong security frameworks and best practices to safeguard user data and prevent unauthorized access.

- Drive cloud infrastructure initiatives, integrating services like AWS, GCP, and others as needed.

- Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with company goals.

- Build and lead the R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and overseeing the growth and professional development of the department.

Requirements

- Extensive experience with Python, JavaScript, Docker, RESTful APIs, and databases (Postgres, Redis, etc.).

- Strong background with Linux-based operating systems.

- Experience with blockchain technologies and transaction models

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth development and deployment processes.

- Proven leadership in scaling technology teams and managing complex technical projects.

- Frontend development skills are a plus.

- Ability to balance hands-on technical development with strategic leadership responsibilities.
