Project Manager

**Project Manager – American Haredi Community**

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Project Manager to oversee the production of children's and youth comic books, with a focus on clients from the American Haredi Jewish community.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage communication with clients and freelancers
- Oversee project timelines from planning to completion
- Take charge of collections, ensuring timely payments from clients
- Handle negotiations with freelancers after initial approval
- Train staff and implement digital project management tools, such as Monday.com
- Expand the client base and streamline operational processes

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in project management (some experience required, open to proactive candidates)
- Familiarity with project management platforms like Monday.com
- Ability to train staff and integrate new systems smoothly
- Flexibility and availability to manage clients and teams across different time zones
- Strong communication skills with an assertive approach to collections and payments
- Preference for candidates with a background in the American Haredi community; Yiddish proficiency is a plus

**Bonus Skills:**
- Experience in comic book production or working with illustrators
- Ability to work independently with increasing authority as trust is established
