Office and welfare manager

*Maternity leave replacement from November for seven months*

Opti is looking for an office and welfare manager, a young start-up in the field of generative artificial intelligence.

Role Description classic office management - all office administration: dealing with suppliers, ordering food, responsibility for the kitchen and cleaners, basic bookkeeping, etc., along with handling all welfare matters in the company (happy hours, birthdays, team building, etc.). A cute and rapidly growing team of about 20 people, the founders are already after exiting a previous company.

What are we looking for?

Someone who has already done a similar role for at least two or three years in a start-up or technology company. Responsible, organized, with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and good English (mother tongue is not required, but you should feel comfortable speaking and writing in English).

This is a full-time position from the office, 9-17, sitting in Midtown, near the train.
