A startup in the Insurtech field has developed an operating system for the marketing and distribution of insurance products, leveraging data to help insurance companies optimize their marketing processes. This includes acquiring each customer at a unique, optimal price that reflects their future value to the insurance company.

Today, major U.S. insurance companies use this management system to achieve higher profitability through more targeted and precise marketing efforts.

Located in Tel Aviv, the company has 70 employees, with 25 in development, and offers two work-from-home days. Established in 2015, the company recently raised $76 million.

Role description: You will be part of a team, with a focus on technical leadership. The tech stack includes C#, .NET Core, ELK, Redis, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and AWS.

Requirements-

• 6 years Backend Development Experience: experience, with at least 4 years of coding experience in C# or Java, preferably with a strong focus on C#.

• Frontend Development Experience: Experience in frontend development, enabling seamless collaboration with frontend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture: Demonstrated experience in developing microservices with an event-driven architecture, leveraging technologies such as RabbitMQ and other messaging systems.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
