Personal Computer Technician

Responsibilities:

• Support over 1,800 users across various environments.
• Maintain hardware and software for end-user devices.
• Manage printers and peripherals, install and implement hardware, networks, and software.
• Provide support for meeting rooms and multimedia setups.
• Troubleshoot and deploy organizational systems, with expertise in operating systems and Office 365.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of PC technician experience in large organizations (500+ employees) – required.
• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues with end-user equipment (printers, scanners, medical devices, PCs, phones) – required.
• Solid knowledge of PC hardware (desktop and laptop) installation – required.
• Self-learning ability, strong interpersonal skills, and high service orientation – required.
• Experience with image deployment – a plus.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Office 365 applications – required.
• Willingness to perform physical work as needed – required.
• Education: MCSA/MCSE or Computer and Network Technician certification.
