Technical Recruiter for IAI

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is ready to take the next step in their career! 

Job Description: 

• Work together with the Recruitment team to define open positions 
• Manage the full recruitment process, coordinate with the relevant departments. 
• Conduct in-person interviews. 
• Build and monitor an annual recruitment plan based on the organization's needs and required skills. 
• Analyze recruitment data, create reports, and present information to interested parties in the organization 

Requirements: 

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience in a large organization 
• Experience in tech recruiting or sourcing 
• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes - including in-person interviews and salary negotiations
• Bachelor's degree 
• Master's degree - significant advantage
