Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the company's technological resources, leading the technology strategy, and ensuring the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs. The CTO will also collaborate with other executives to influence and drive the company's technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar technology leadership role
• Strong knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to make key decisions for the company's technological needs
• Strategic and innovative thinking to drive technology initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams
