Bookkeeper

A successful and stable public tech company (NASDAQ) is seeking a dynamic and energetic Bookkeeper with a proactive approach to handle the company’s full-cycle accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing supplier invoices, bank reconciliations, VAT, income tax, and withholding tax, including payments and reporting.
• Issuing invoices to global clients.
• Monthly bookkeeping - closures, including banks, suppliers, clients, etc.
• Collecting information for external audits to support annual reviews.
• Handling monthly submissions to tax authorities (VAT, income tax, withholding tax).
• Annual filings such as form 856, VAT, form 126, and others.
• Special and challenging tasks from time to time.

This is a dynamic, independent, and diverse role.

Full-time position, with the flexibility to work one day from home per week.

Company offices are located in Tel Aviv.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in bookkeeping within a public company.
• Bookkeeping certification - Level 3.
• Experience with Priority and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with multiple currencies.
• Excellent communication skills.
