Job Overview
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our help desk team. In this role, you will be a critical point of contact for our clients, providing expert support for our VoIP PBX systems and IT networking solutions. Your goal will be to ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day technical support for VoIP PBX systems
