Description and requirements

As a Learning Specialist, you will join a team of experts who design and implement innovative educational content, leveraging advanced technologies to drive effective learning outcomes. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our cognitive, psychological, and behavioral learning solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain learning solutions on our proprietary E-learning platform, ensuring high instructional standards and user engagement.

· Create high-quality content tailored to customer needs, focusing on measurable learning outcomes and engagement.

· Conduct research to identify learning gaps, analyze user data, and propose creative, data-driven solutions.

· Collaborate with product teams and subject matter experts to review and refine learning materials, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Psychology, or related disciplines preferred).

· Proven experience with digital learning platforms, instructional design tools, and LMS management.

· High proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience applying these in a technical environment.

· Experience in tutoring, training, or educational content creation.

· High attention to detail, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day operations.

· Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities.

· Curious and enjoy solving cognitive challenges, puzzles, and complex problems.

· Ability to maintain focus and concentration.

· High psychometric test results.
