Observability Software architect for AI start up

Description

A start-up in Tel Aviv developing an AI-driven Network Optimization tool is looking for an Observability Software architect to Design and lead the development of our ML-based network automation platform. You'll architect scalable systems, write code, and guide our engineering team.

Design software architecture for our AI network optimization platform, Write code and review others' work, Lead and mentor our engineering team. Also. work with product managers to turn business needs into technical solutions.

Ensure high-quality, secure, and performant systems

Plan our long-term tech strategy

You will work in the office from Monday to Wednesday and from home on Sunday and Thursday.

Requirements

What You'll Need:

Bsc in communication system engineering OR computer science.

8+ years in software development, 3+ years as a lead architect

Strong skills in microservices, Kubernetes, *Java*, Python, and cloud platforms

Experience with technologies like Kafka, Spring, and MongoDB

Knowledge of networking (big plus)

Ability to explain complex tech concepts simply

Leadership experience and excellent problem-solving skills

Bonus Points:

Familiarity with machine learning and data processing

Experience with agile development methods
