Sales and CSM

As our Sales and Customer Servicr Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and fostering strong client relationships. You will manage our sales funnel by engaging with clients to assess their needs, promoting our services and products, and closing sales both over the phone and in person. You will also oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting, to ensure smooth studio operations.

Oversee and track member leads through every stage of the sales funnel to maximise conversion opportunities.

Drive membership sales by meeting and exceeding monthly conversion goals.

Evaluate and enhance conversion rates to improve sales outcomes and streamline processes.

Work closely with the team to boost member retention, satisfaction, and overall experience.

Prepare detailed sales performance reports and offer actionable insights to guide strategic growth and operational improvements.

About You

Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding target.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both over the phone and in person.

Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
