What we’re looking for

A Backend engineer to join our core team, focused on building the core infrastructure for our platform

You'll be tasked with bringing our vision to life, iterating based on customer feedback, and scaling as the company grows

You’ll work with a highly driven, creative, world-class team, building a platform that can help transform the way companies manage their financial operations

Responsibilities

·         Develop and maintain backend systems that power our AI-driven platform using Python.

·         Work closely with Founders to turn business requirements into robust technical solutions.

·         Build and maintain microservices infrastructure to support platform scalability and reliability.

·         Integrate AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini to build agent-based AI capabilities.

·         Utilize and extend libraries like LangChain for building complex AI agent flows (experience in LangChain is a plus).

·         Work on data enrichment pipelines to support pre-processing and improve data quality for AI models (experience in data enrichment is a plus).

·         Diagnose and solve complex software issues, providing efficient and permanent solutions.

·         Stay updated on emerging AI and backend technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our product.

·         Participate in planning, estimation, and task scheduling.

Qualifications & Experience

·         1-5 years of industry experience in backend development with a focus on designing, programming, and maintaining software systems.

·         Proficiency in Python, with experience in integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.).

·         Familiarity with frameworks or tools like LangChain is a big plus.

·         Experience with AWS Bedrock is a plus.

·         Experience in data enrichment and preprocessing pipelines is a plus.

·         Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

·         Advantage: Prior experience working with AWS/Cloud technologies.

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
