Sellence is looking for it's first marketing manager!

Sellence is the complete revenue generation platform for B2C sales. We help digital brands convert warm leads into happy customers while reducing operational costs.

With customers from leading B2C brands in the US, we are looking for our first growth marketer to play a crucial role in our rapidly growing company!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive conversions, maximize ROI, and hit key business targets.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, set up and manage campaigns, and monitor ongoing performance.
• Develop and implement a robust PPC strategy across search, display, and video ads.
• Oversee HubSpot automations to create effective lead-nurturing workflows.
• Manage WordPress updates to optimize website performance and SEO.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns that boost engagement and conversion rates.
• Run LinkedIn paid campaigns, targeting the right audience to grow both B2B and B2C initiatives.
• Delegate tasks to freelancers, ensuring quality results and timely delivery.
• Analyze performance data and provide regular insights to improve overall strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong expertise in PPC strategy, keyword research, and performance optimization.
• Experience with HubSpot automations and WordPress.
• Hands-on experience running LinkedIn ads and email marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing freelancers or delegating work.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
