Our Research and Development facilities are located at our headquarters in Israel.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Manager at FlowSec Ltd. The Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the support team, managing customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve product support processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a support team and handling customer inquiries
• Technical proficiency in cybersecurity solutions and software products
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Certifications in cybersecurity or IT support are a plus
