Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for finding top talent? We're seeking a talented Technical Sourcer to join our dynamic team in Ra'anana. As a Technical Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier engineering talent across various technology stacks.
Responsibilities:
- Source passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech communities
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Create innovative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess technical skills
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in technical sourcing on Linkedin and other platform
- Strong understanding of various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
