Responsibilities:

• Source passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech communities
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Create innovative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess technical skills

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in technical sourcing on Linkedin and other platform
• Strong understanding of various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
