Web System Administrator (DevOps)

We are seeking a highly skilled WEB Systems Management Expert to manage and support Web and cloud-based systems in a production environment. The role includes version control, implementing changes, troubleshooting complex issues, and working with advanced monitoring tools. You’ll collaborate with internal and external teams to solve problems and provide high-level support for new projects and first-line teams.

Responsibilities:

• Deploying versions and implementing changes
• Troubleshooting complex issues using advanced monitoring tools
• Collaborating with development and operations teams to resolve issues
• Supporting and implementing new projects
• Providing advanced support to first-line teams and development teams

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience managing Web-based applications – Required
• 2+ years of experience managing cloud-based applications (SaaS, PaaS) – Required
• 2+ years of experience managing Web infrastructures (IIS, WebSphere, Apache, Tomcat) – Required
• 2+ years of experience managing Microsoft-based infrastructures (Windows Servers) – Required
• 1+ year of experience using monitoring tools (Network Monitor, Wireshark, Fiddler, Process Monitor, Browser Developer Console) – Required
• 1+ year of experience with Web monitoring systems (SCOM, AppDynamics, Elasticsearch & Kibana) – Required
• Experience with authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM) – Required
• Experience troubleshooting Web applications using SSL certificates – Required
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python, Batch, PowerShell) – Required
